| 摘 要： | 试验系统地研究了激素配比、附加维生素B6和两步生根法对樱桃矮砧GD 1、GD 2和ZY 1试管苗生根的作用 ,以及老化外植体幼嫩化处理的促根效果。结果表明在 1/ 2MS +NAA0 .2mg/L +IAA1.0mg/L培养基上生根效果最好 ;附加 1/ 2MS的维生素B6和老化外植体幼嫩化处理都能明显提高试管苗生根率 ,采用两步生根法GD 1和GD 2的生根率达到了 10 0 %。

| Abstract: | The effects were studied on half-strength MS medium supplemented 3 auxins with different concentration,vitamin B-6 and two-step-rooting method on in vitro rooting of cherry rootstocks GD-1, GD-2 and ZY-1, the experiment also discussed the effect of rejuvenating o rooting induction. The results indicated the highest percentage of root was obtained on media containing NAA0.2mg/L+IAA1.0mg/L, root initiation was promoted by increasing 1/2MS vitamin B-6 and rejuvenation of explant, rooting percentage of 100% was achieved by two-step-rooting method. |
