四氢呋喃阳离子开环聚合的研究——聚合促进剂及水的影响

摘    要:用三氟化硼引发四氢呋喃进行阳离子开环聚合,对环氟乙烷、环氧丙烷及环氧氯丙烷作聚合促进剂的引发效率进行了讨论.研究了水对BF_3-ECH引发四氮呋喃聚合的影响,通过改变加料方式,可使聚合反应得到很好控制以制备低分子量聚醚产物端羟基平均官能度为2且主要为伯羟基.

Abstract:Cationic ring-opening polymerization of tetrahydrofuran using borontrinuoride etherate initiator in the presence of ethylene oxide,propylene oxide and ECH as promotor was examined.The initiator efficiency using ECH as the promotor is higher than that when EO or PO was used.The effects of water on the polymerization of THF initiated by BF_3-ECH,Were studied to find that the way of water added could be used to control the polymerization very well.The end-groups of the product are mainly primary hydroxyl groups and a hydroxyl functionality of2.
