基于EKC的苏南经济增长与工业废水排放关系研究

摘    要:以环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)理论为基础,构建了苏南各市工业废水排放量的环境库兹涅茨曲线特征,分析了区域经济增长与环境污染的演替轨迹.结果表明:苏南苏锡常地区工业废水排放与经济增长呈"U"加倒"U"形波动特征,南京呈倒"U"形曲线特征,进一步验证了EKC的存在,且苏州、无锡、常州、南京已相继跨过倒"U"形曲线拐点,工业废水排放量随经济水平的提高有所降低,水环境有所好转.

Abstract:Based on the theory of Environmental Kuznets Curve,established an EKC model of industrial wastewater discharge in south of Jiangsu Province to analyze the relationship between environmental pollution and economic growth. The results shows that the EKC of the south in Jiangsu has two forms:the curve of wastewater in Suzhou, Wuxi,Changzhou performs a shape of"inverted U"and"U"patterns,which have two turning points,while Nanjing takes on the"inverted U"patter. And Suzhou,Wuxi,Changzhou,Nanjing have all past the turning point,The amount of the industrial wastewater has decreased as the development of economic growth and,the water environment in south of Jiangsu has a great improved.
