| 摘 要： | 利用X衍射仪,研究(100),(110),(111)晶面的NaCl单晶,对其特征谱线做了分析,得出各个晶体的晶面间距.发现(100)晶面很好的切割了NaCl离子晶体,并对各个晶面的NaCl单晶特征峰的进行了比较,分析了衍射峰不同的原因.

| Abstract: | Characteristic spectrum of NaCl single crystal with different orientations such as （100）, （110） and （111） was analyzed with X-ray equipment and interplanar distance was obtained. It found that NaCl ionic crystal was sliced by（100） crystal plane. The reasons of these different diffraction peak was analyzed throng compared with different crystal plane of NaCl single crystal. |
