摘    要:通过叶面喷施3种不同浓度的植物激素,对黄姜叶片的Fv/Fo和Fv/Fm进行了研究.结果表明:20 mg·L-1的IAA处理黄姜叶片,有利于后期维持较高的PSII活性和光化学最大效率;10 mg·L-1的6-BA处理有利于维持光能的转化,提高光合效率;15 mg·L-1的ABA处理使黄姜在中后期保持了较高的PSII活性和光能转化效率.

Abstract:Foliar spraying three kinds of plant hormones,a study was carried out on Fv / Fo and Fv / Fm two indicators of the Dioscorea zingiberensis leaves.The results showed that treatment with 20 mg·L-1 IAA to Dioscorea zingiberensis leaves late helps maintain higher PSⅡ photochemical reactive and maximum efficiency;6-BA concentrations of 10 mg·L-1 processing Dioscorea zingiberensis leaves helps maintaining energy of light transformation,and enhancing the efficiency of photosynthesis;Concentration of 15 mg·L-1 of ABA to Dioscorea zingiberensis leaves late maintains a relatively high PSⅡ reactive and energy of light conversion efficiency.
