肾移植快速组织配型管理软件研究

摘    要:参考氨基酸残基配型及致敏性错配制定配型标准,采用Powerbuild系统编制同种异体肾移植组织配型管理软件,观察肾移植术前快速组织配型分析的可行性.设计开发肾移植组织配型管理软件并观察其临床实用性.结果表明,从筛选最佳供受者到列表打印结果仅需数分钟,历史数据可查询,界面简单,结果准确、可靠.配型标准可自行更改.经国内8家移植中心使用,证明该软件设计科学合理,操作简便,运行稳定,实用性强,具有一定的推广价值.

Abstract:Devising a fast HLA(Human Leukocyte Antigen) matching software used for kidney transplantation and observing the value applied to HLA compatibility in the clinical transplant works.The software is designed with Powerbuild system,in which the referance standard of HLA match is that of CREG(Cross Reactive Groups) and immunogenic antigen locus.With the software the feasibility used for clinical works has been observed.Result shows that from choicing the donor and the recipients who have best HLA macthing minutes only been needed.Doctors may obtain a paper which included full data in HLA matching.The history data may be inquired,the interface of the software is sample and the result,credible.Matching criterion of the software is renewable by oneself.The software have been used in 8 units of transplant centers in china and have been proved that it was designed scientifically,operated symplly and stably.It deserved to be popularized in transplant departments.
