莲种子萌发及幼苗生长过程中抗氧化酶活性的变化

摘    要:以"寸三莲"种子为例,详细分析了其萌发及幼苗生长过程中,子叶和胚中抗氧化酶活性的变化."寸三莲"种子在正常的萌发条件下,SOD活性变化比较平缓,且子叶和胚中SOD活性变化趋势一致,均为先上升后下降,这可能与萌发过程中氧自由基含量的变化有关;在整个发芽进程中,POD活性远远高于子叶POD活性;CAT活性相对稳定,而胚中CAT活性变化较大.

Abstract:Take seeds of "cunsanlian" for example, this paper rearch on dynamic changes of antioxidant enzyme from leaf and the embryo during the germination and seeding growth. SOD activeness ehanges gently under normal germination. The changes of SOD activeness upon leaf and the embryo is the same. It may relate with the content of oxygen free radicals during germination. POD in the embryo is more active than POD in the leaf. CAT in leaf is relatively stable while CAT in the embryo is active.
