摘    要:在理论分析的基础上,考虑了物系性质和器壁效应的影响,导出了规整填料层压降的关联式,由实验数据计算了部分常用填料新关联式的压降常数.本文关联式与实验数据吻合很好,对各种填料的压降计算误差一般在15%以下,新关联方法计算准确性和简便性优于文献公式.

Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis,considering influence of matter property and wall effect on pressure drop,new correlations of pressure drop in a packed tower containing structured packing has been presented in this paper,the pressure drop constant of some conventional packing were calculated by experimental data.By calculation a fair agreement is found between the calculated and experimental data,the error of calculated pressure drop by new correlation from experimental value on every structured packing is generally less than ±15%.The new correlations are more accurate,simple and convenient than by the equations in literature.
