电流互感器精度在线评估系统

摘    要:电流互感器的准确性是电力系统计量、保护和监测的重要保证.提出了一种新的基于带电作业技术的电流互感器精度评估方法,首先构建标准回路,采用带电作业把标准回路接入一次线路,然后比较标准回路和被测量回路的数据,系统就可以计算出被测量电流互感器的比差和角差.现场测试的结果表明了该方法的有效性和可行性,系统的测试精度达到0.1级.

Abstract:The accuracy of current transformer(CT) is important guarantee of power system measurement,protection and monitoring.A new method based on live working technique for CT accuracy evaluation is proposed in this paper.Through constructing standard part,which is on-line inserted into power lines,and comparing the data of standard part with the data of the measured part,the system can calculate the ratio error and phase displacement of the measured CT.The results of on-line test have shown that the proposed method is feasible and effective,and the accuracy of proposed system reaches 0.1 grade.
