摘    要:根据夫琅禾费衍射理论和巴比涅互补原理,推导出细丝直径的表达式,设计了用激光衍射法测细丝直径的实验,由测量的数据,计算出了三种粗细不同细丝的直径,通过与其他传统方法比较,对于直径越小的细丝,此方法具有测量精度高、非接触、无损伤的优点.

Abstract:According to the theory of Fraunhofer diffraction and Babinet principle,the expression of filament diameter is derived and the experiment which can measure the fine-wire diameters with laser diffraction is designed.Based on measured data,the fine-wire diameters with three different thickness are calculated.The method,which was compared with other traditional methods,has the advantages of high precision,non-contact and non-harm for the fine-wires whose diameters were smaller.
