基于模糊综合评判的建设项目后评价应用

建设项目后评价研究属于生产实践性研究,是管理部门和受益部门都需关注的工程交付后的重要环节.以黄河小浪底水利枢纽工程综合评价调查为例,通过层次分析法构造指标的权重,构造模糊评价矩阵,利用模糊综合评判中的加权平均模型,计算得出黄河小浪底水利枢纽工程综合评价效果.这种评价方法可推广到其他难以全部采取定量化处理的复杂的社会经济问题中.

The Application of the Post-evaluation of Construction Project Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Researches on post evaluation of construction project are classified into productive practical research,and the post evaluation achievements need to be considered by administrative department and benefited units.Taking the comprehensive evaluation investment of the Yellow River Small Wave Water Conservancy Project for example,and by analyzing the structure index weights and structure fuzzy evaluation matrix as well as using weighted averaging model in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this study highlights the effective comprehensive evaluation of the Yellow River Small Wave Water Conservancy Project.Such an evaluating method can be widely used in some complicated social and economic problems where fixing quantity treatment is hard to apply.
