| 摘 要： | 用2 (6 甲基 2 苯并噻唑偶氮) 5 二甲氨基苯甲酸(MBTAMB)分光光度法测定微量锰。配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为7.12×104L·mol-1·cm-1。配合物的最大吸收波长为684nm,Mn2+浓度在0-18μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于茶叶和食品中微量锰的测定,结果满意。

Study on color reactoin of 2-(6-methyl-2-benzothialylazo)-5-dimethylaminobenzoic with manganese |

| Abstract: | Spectrophotometric determination of micro amount manganese using 2 (6 methy 2 benzothialylazo) 5 dimethylaminobenzoic(MBTAMB)is reported in this paper. The maximum wavelengths of reagent and complex are 575nm and 684nm. The molar absorptivity is 7.12×104L·mol-1·cm-1at 684nm. The composition is \{Mn∶MBTAMB\}=1∶2. Beer′s Law is obeyed in range of 0～18μg/25mL for Mn2+. This method has been applied to determine the content of manganese in the toothpaste and food with satisfactory results. |
