郑州市承接产业转移的进展及配套政策研究

承接产业转移对郑州市的经济发展和产业结构完善十分重要．分析了郑州市三次产业增长情况、劳动力分布比例，以及承接产业转移发展状况，结果表明：2007-2012年郑州市经济总体发展迅速，三次产业的增加值逐年稳步上升，且劳动力分布更加合理；郑州市承接产业转移呈现出加快对外贸易合作资金转移，重点发展附加值高、竞争力强的产业，强力推进产业集聚区建设等特点．针对面，临的问题和挑战，提出相关的投资支持政策、绿色承接政策、发展区域特色的产业聚集政策等．

The Progress of Undertaking Industrial Transfer and Supporting Policies in Zhengzhou City

The undertaking industrial transfer is very important to the economic development and industrial structure improvement of Zhengzhou City. The authors analyze the growth of the three industries,the labor distribution proportion, and the progress of undertaking industrial transfer in Zhengzhou. Overall economy of Zhengzhou is developing rapidly from 2007 to 2012, and the added value of the three industries had been rising steadily year by year, with more reasonable labor distribution. The Zhengzhou undertaking industrial transfer is featured by accelerated funds transfer in foreign trade cooperation, particularly developing high added value and competitive industry, and strongly encouraging construction of industrial agglomeration area. In view of the problems and challenges, the policies including investment supporting, green undertaking, and developing regional characteristics for industrial agglomeration area are put forward.
