基于GIS的配电网拓扑算法的研究与实现

摘    要:根据GIS矢量数据模型特点,将配电网空间数据归纳为点对象和线对象,建立了基于GIS的配电网矢量拓扑模型.系统采用MapInfo的图层管理模式管理电力设备,在数据采集过程中实时建立节点与馈线间的拓扑关系,并确定电源开关和调度隔离开关,在此基础上确定电线路电流方向.利用SQL数据库,弥补了将数据单独存放在MapInfo在操作二维属性表时效率不高的缺点.算法的实现以凌河配电网调度模拟系统为例,验证了利用GIS技术管理配电网供电模拟算法的实现过程.实践表明,提出的配电网数据模型及空间拓扑分析算法具有效率高、易实现等特点.

Abstract:Distribute networks spatial data are separated into point objects and line objects according to characteristics of GIS vector data model,and then vector topology model of distribution network is built.The system manages power equipment by layer management model of GIS software,MapInfo,and the system builds the topological relations between nodes and feeder lines,and then identifies power flow tracing based on topology during the process of data collection.That the data not included spatial data is stored by the SQL database supplies the gap which is not high efficiency by using MapInfo operate two-dimensional list.It proved the implementation process of simulating algorithm to manage power supply by GIS by taking a scheduling simulation system of power distribution network as an example.The practice shows that the distribute network data model and space topology analysis has characteristics such as efficient,easy to come true in the paper.
