3种截面梁弯曲应力分析与实验

摘    要:矩形截面、工字形截面和T形截面3种梁在纯弯曲状态下的正应力,利用材料力学理论和电测法实验技术进行分析,结果表明:矩形截面、工字形截面梁的中性轴在其几何中心线上;3种截面梁横截面上的正应力沿高度都呈线性分布;3种截面梁的承载能力比较接近;在截面高度、长度、宽度和荷载一定的情况下,其中工字形梁最省料,其次是T形截面梁,耗费材料最多的是矩形梁.

Abstract:The normal stress of ectangular section beam,I-shaped section beam and T-shaped section beam on pure bending state is that neutral axis lie at geometric center line,the normal stress is linear distribution along the height,bearing capacity of the three section beams is nearly equal.The I-shape section beam is saving material mostly,secondly T-shaped section beam on the situation section height,length,width,loading are same.
