An Introduction to the Incomplete Copy Jiuzhang Zhengming Suanfa |

| Abstract: | In this paper the author introduces an incomplete copy oftraditional mathematics in China,Jiuzhang Zhengming Suanfa(Concise Arithmetic in Nine Chapters) reprinted in 1582,which persons think to lose before now.The incomplete copy makes it detailed cheng Dawei's recording about the work in Suanfa Tongzong(Systematic Treatise on Arithmetic,1592 A D).And also,most problems in verse,which are regarded as important part of Jiuzhang Tongming Suanfa(Popular Arithmetic in Nine Chapters,1424 A.D.),can be collected from the copy. |
