苏联对中国海军技术教育的援助--以哈尔滨军事工程学院海军工程系为例(1952-1956年)

近代中国海军起步于自强运动，以学欧美为主。新中国海军转而学习苏联。1953年哈尔滨军事工程学院海军工程系成立，正是苏联进入核导弹海军时代之时。苏联顾问、专家在国家利益、国家安全与海军技术援助之间寻找和把握平衡点，真诚而有限度地帮助中国，为中国海军技术教育的发展做出奠基性贡献。

Soviet Union's Aid to China in Navy Technology Education: The Case of Naval Engineering Department,Harbin Institute of Military Engineering, 1952-1956

Though modem Chinese navy, which was founded during the period of Westemization movement, learnt from occidental navy basically, the navy of P. R. China learnt from Soviet Navy instead. While the Naval Engineering Department of Harbin Institute of Military Engineering was established with the help of Soviet Union in 1953, the Soviet Navy came into a nuclear missile era at the same time. In this sensitive period, Soviet technical advisers, who made a fundamental contribution to China in navy technology education and scholastic construction, found and China sincerely, grasped though the balance between national security and technical aid, and helped in a limited way.
