功能分区视角的皖江示范区开发格局与协调路径

随着皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区建设正式纳入国家发展战略，深入探讨“皖江示范区”的空间开发格局与区域协调路径，成为当前亟待解决的新命题。以皖江示范区县域为基本研究单元，基于主体功能分区的研究视角。以各县域自然生态约束力和经济开发支撑力为依据，确定出皖江示范区“一轴双核三带”的空间结构。即由马鞍山至安庆的沿江经济带构成的沿江聚合轴，以合肥为“带动核”．芜（湖）马（鞍山）铜（陵）为“集聚核”构成的双核结构．以沿长三角空间对接带、舍巢芜杭空间辐射带和合安池九空间拓展带构成的三条功能带，并对皖江示范区的区际协调措施和区内协调模式进行了探讨。

Spatial Development Pattern and Coordinated Development of The Shifting Industries Demonstration Zone Based on The Function Oriented Zoning along The Yangtze River in Anhui Province

With Shifting Industries Demonstration Zone along the Yangtze River in Anhui province approved as the part of national development strategies, the issues of spatial development pattern and regional coordination of the zone become urgent to be solved. This study regards the counties of the Shifting Industries Demonstration Zone as basic evaluation units, which is divided into four Types and Characteristics of the Function Area through the method of mutex-similar matrix classification with eco-environmental restriction system and support system. Finally, Spatial Development Pattern and measures of Coordinated Development of the Demonstration Zone is proposed according to the types of the Function Oriented Zoning in the counties.
