共享改革发展成果与深化改革的合法性基础

合法性指的是人们对一种政治制度或政治统治的认同、支持和服从。经济发展以及在此基础上人民群众的普遍受益是我国改革最重要的合法性基础。改革过程中出现的利益分化和不同利益群体对改革成果的不公平分享使我国改革的合法性基础面临着严重的挑战。要进一步深化改革并使改革重新获得广大群众的拥护和支持,就必须采取多种措施,实现在经济发展的基础上由广大人民共享改革发展的成果。

Sharing the Fruits of Reform and Development and Legitimacy Foundation of Further Deepening Reform

Legitimacy refers to people＇s identity, support and submission about one political system or political rule. Economic development and bases on which people getting benefits are the most important legitimacy foundation of the reform of China. The legitimacy foundation of China reform is confronted with serioug challenges which come from interest differentiation and unfair sha- ring of different interests groups to reform fruits. To further deepening reform and to make reform regain broad masses＇ support, feasible measures should be adopted as well as broad masses＇ sharing the fruits of reform should be realized on the basis of the e- conomic development.
