传统古民居旅游地旅游影响居民感知的比较研究--以西递、周庄为例

传统古民居是一种独特的旅游资源,有着重要的旅游价值和广泛的旅游市场。采用问卷调查方法,以西递、周庄为典型案例就传统古民居旅游地旅游影响的居民感知进行了比较研究。结果表明:两地居民对旅游经济、社会文化和环境正面影响的感知强烈并趋于一致,但对旅游负面社会文化影响的感知矛盾不一,对旅游负面环境影响的感知也很明显。分析认为,传统古民居旅游发展的经济效应十分突出,但旅游发展也推动或加速了古民居旅游地社会文化环境的变迁。研究证实了由于古民居的生态脆弱和旅游容量有限,其旅游发展对生态环境有着高度的依存性。

A Comparative Study on Residents, Perceptions of Tourism Impactson Traditional Ancient Dwell Houses Tourism Area--A case study of Xidi and Zhouzhuang

Traditional ancient dwell houses are one of specific tourist recourses, which has an important tourist value and a big tourist market . Taking Xidi and Zhouzhuang as examples and using the method of questionnaire investigation, the authors make a comparative study on residents,perceptions of tourism impacts on traditional ancient dwell houses tourist area. A conclusion is drawn that in these two tourist areas the residents,perceptions of tourism economical,socio-cultural and environmental positive impacts are strong and consistent, but the residents,perceptions of negative tourism socio-cultural impacts are inconsistent and those of negative tourism environmental impacts are evident. According to the analysis, the authors think the economical benefit of tourist development in traditional ancient dwell houses is remarkable, but at the same time the tourist development promotes and accelerates the changing of socio-cultural condition of traditional ancient dwell houses tourist areas. The research proves that on the reason of the frangible environment and limited tourist capability in traditional ancient dwell houses tourist area,tourist development greatly depends on their environment for existence.
