| 摘 要： | 2005年教育部颁布了新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》,同以前的高校学生管理规定相比,新规定更加突出对大学生合法权益的保护,同时赋予高校更广泛的自主管理权,因此如何协调二者的关系就成为一个既现实又重要的问题,本文从高校法律地位的重新确立、高校学生管理中法定原则的树立、建立完善的大学生合法权益救济机制和教育管理理念的转化四个层面对此问题进行探讨。

| Abstract: | In 2005 the Ministry of Education published new regulations,Provisions of Management for the Common College Students.Compared with former regulations of managing college students,the new ones attach more importance to the protection of college students' legal rights and interests,and meanwhile,attribute broader self-management power to institutions of higher education.Therefore,how to coordinate two sides has become not only a realistic but important problem.This article is intended to discuss this issue. |
