和谐社会中的媒体运行规律

新闻传播是社会大系统中的一个领域，它和其它社会系统之间，以及传播领域中各部类之间都有丰富复杂的联系，体现着新闻传播特有的运行规律。我们在建设和谐社会的过程中，必须要从宏观上把握媒体运行规律，才能更娴熟地驾驭媒体，使媒体更好地服务于社会。媒体的基本运行规律有：传媒事业的基本面貌是由经济基础决定的；传媒的管理制度必须要和经济基础相适应；传媒发展必然会促进公民社会的成长与成熟；扩大媒体报道空间是提升媒体公信力的前提；世界的普遍联系要求中国媒体积极走向国际舞台。
