推进农村社会保障体系建设的对策思考

推进农村社会保障体系建设,实现社会保障体系的城乡整合,是我国加快农村发展、推进工业化、实现社会结构转型的现实要求。本文针对目前我国农村社会保障体系的缺陷和不足,从农村社会养老保障制度、农村社会救助体系、农村医疗保障体系、增加农村社会保障资金以及建立城乡有机统一的社会保障体系等五个方面,提出了完善农村社会保障体系的对策。
