Research on the Construction of College Students＇ Psychological Health Educational Mode from the Perspective of Positive Psychology——With the Practice of and Research on Mental Health Education and Counseling Center as an Example

From the perspective of positive psychology,the paper tries to build a new model of college students＇mental health education and explore new methods of mental health education.The specific ways are that improving the goals of psychological health education,achieving the changes from adaptation to positive changes;enriching the contents of psychological health education,paying attention to the cultivation of students＇ positive emotion;expanding the ways of psychological health education to improve the educational effect;building the good environment of mental health education,forming a healthy education atmosphere,improving the mental health education organization,strengthening the system of the mental health education.
