专业课程中的文化素质教育研究——以《人力资源管理》为例

摘    要:高校教育不仅要教授专业技能,更应加强文化素质教育。专业课程中可找到和文化素质教育的结合点。在《人力资源管理》课程中融入素质教育的途径包括:教师更新观念,提高自身文化素质修养;授课中引导学生拓展阅读;探索多样的教学方法与手段,注重美的展示;课程考核中增加对文化素质的内容;教师与学生密切配合;在专业课程建设中处理好"博通"与"专精"的关系。

Abstract:University students should be not only taught professional skill,but also trained in cultural qualities.The bonding point between professional skill and cultural qualities lies in professional courses.There are many ways in which cultural qualities education can be integrated in the professional course Human Resource Management.Teachers should update their ideas,improve their cultural quality,lead students in reading extensively,use various teaching methods to show esthetics,and increase the content on cultural qualities in the exams.Teachers should interact with their students and deal properly with the relationship between wider knowledge scope and better professional skills.
