摘    要:焊接结构在复杂和苛刻的条件下长期工作会出现裂纹、磨损或损坏,严重时甚至导致设备报废。但损坏往往是局部表面破坏造成的。鉴于此,文章对焊接结构件的脆性失效、塑性失效、疲劳失效等失效形式的特征和断口形式进行分析。根据其失效形式及断口特征,并结合材料特性、工作环境等因素,及时查明失效原因。从而最大限度地提高焊接结构产品质量,减少或避免损失。此方法简单可靠易行,可广泛应用于实际生产。

Abstract:Weld structure may appear flaw, wear or damage when worked under the complex and rigorous condition for a long time, which even lead equipments into waster. But the damage is always caused by the local surface breakage. Thereby the forms of rupture surface and the characters of multifarious invalidation forms, such as brittleness invalidation, plasticity invalidation and fatigue invalidation are analyzed in this article. The invalidation reasons can be timely checked by the invalidation forms and the characters of rupture surface, combined with the material characters, work environment etc. Consequently the product quality of weld structure can be furthest improved, and the loss can be reduced or avoided. The simple,credible and feasible method is applied to practical productioh.
