| Abstract: | Two inventory models respectively were established, when inventory cost and shortage cost are a function of time and inventory cost is a function of inventory level based on the assumption that order cost is variable. Its optimal solution were provided in theory. And then, the proofs were provided for the existence and uniqueness of optimal replenishment schedule. |
