大学生感恩、主观幸福感及其相关研究

采用整群随机抽样法抽取某大学本科生208名。采用GRAT、GQ-6感恩问卷调查大学生的感恩水平,用总体幸福感量表测查主观幸福感。结果：1、感恩在性别上差异显著,女生的感恩要高于男生,但主观幸福感在性别上差异不显著;2、大学生感恩与总体幸福感总分呈显著的正相关,与对生活的满足和兴趣、忧郁或愉快的心境、精力、对情感和行为的控制及松弛和紧张5个因子呈显著的正相关;3、对生活的满足和兴趣、忧郁或愉快的心境两个幸福感因子是影响感恩水平的主要因素。主观幸福感对感恩有一定的预测作用,感恩是增强个人主观幸福感的有效手段之一。

Researches on the Relationship Between Gratitude and Subjective Well-being in College Students

Using a cluster random sampling method, 208 college students were investigated by GRAT,GQ--6 and ＂General Well--being Scale＂. Results; （1） There was no difference of GWB on genders,but female＇ s Gratitude was significantly higher than male＇ s. （2） Gratitude was positively correlated with GWB, Gretitude was positively correlated with satisfaction and interest in life,depression or happy mood, energy, emotional and behavioral control, relaxation and tension（3） Satisfaction and interest in life, depression or happy mood two factors are the main factors affecting the level of gratitude. GWB was a significant positive predicator of Gratitude. Gratitude is an effective means to enhance the sense of subjective well-being.
