高校辅导员是教师队伍的重要组成部分,肩负着对大学生进行思想政治教育和日常管理工作的重任。高校必须把辅导员队伍建设放在学校发展的重要位置,积极探索＂三点一线＂的发展路径：把坚持以学生为本,创新人本德育理念作为队伍建设的主线;把走职业化、专业化建设之路作为队伍建设的着力点;把完善协调机制作为队伍建设的要点;把积蓄发展力量作为队伍建设的支点。

On the Development Path of College Counselors Team Construction

College counselors are an important part of teachers,shouldering the ideological and political education and daily management work.Institutions of higher learning must put counselors on the school development team building an important position,to actively explore the ＂three-point,one-line＂ development path,to adhere to the student-oriented,innovative team of people building the moral concept as the main line;to put professionalism,professional construction of the road as the focus of team building;to improve coordination mechanisms as elements of team building;to accumulate the forces for the construction of the fulcrum.
