大学生职业决策自我效能感的差异分析

通过问卷法对皖西北地区190名应届大学毕业生在职业决策过程中自我效能感情况进行调查研究,结果表明,我国皖西北地区大学毕业生的职业决策自我效能感的情况如下：大学生在问题解决和制定计划两个因子上存在着性别上、专业上以及学历上的显著性差异;在问题解决上,男生的自我效能感明显高于女生,理科毕业生的得分明显高于文科毕业生;在制定计划上,本科生的得分显著高于专科生。通过对这些差异的合理归因,以期为各高校今后更好的开展就业辅导与学生职业生涯规划提供参考依据,同时也有利于促进广大毕业生更好的结合自身情况,做出理性的职业决策。

Analysis on The Differences of University Graduate's Career Aprision-making Self-efficacy

We set an analysis on the differences of the career Aprision-making self-efficacy of the 190 current university graduates derive from the northwest of Anhui province by using the questionnaire.The results are shown as follows：the general lever of the graduates who are graduating from the northwest of Anhui province in china is quite well.However,students in problem solving and the plan making stand the notable differences on gender,special field and educational background.The score that boys get in the problem solving factor is obviously higher than the girls;and so it is with the differences between the students who are taking science during their campus life and those who are taking arts during their campus life;students come from the university and those who are derive from the academy have a notable difference on the plan making.We can provide reference to the universities when they conduct employment guidance and career planning for their students by proposing the reasonable attribution of these differences,meanwhile,it can help the graduates making a rational career Aprision-making according to their own situation.
