对提升安徽省大中型工业企业自主创新能力的思考

自主创新是企业以自身的研究开发为基础,通过自身的努力和研究产生技术突破,实现研发成果的商品化、产业化和国际化,获取商业利益的创新活动。本文在对安徽省大中型工业企业的自主创新能力进行分析研究的基础上,从微观（企业）、中观（各类中介组织）和宏观（政府）三个层面提出提升安徽省大中型工业企业自主创新能力的相应对策。

A Probe into the Capability of Independent Innovation Promoting Large and Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises in Anhui Province

Independent innovation of enterprises is to achieve the commercialization,industrialization and internationalization of R＆amp;D results so as to get its commercial interests innovation activities through its own efforts on technological breakthroughs based on its own R＆amp;D.In this paper,large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Anhui Province are analyzed for their ability of independent innovation.Three countermeasures are respectively given from the micro（enterprise）,the meso（intermediary organizations） ...and the macro （government） to raise the independent innovation capability of the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Anhui.
