The construction of modern analysis and detection techniques training system for chemistry and chemical engineering applied talents is a guarantee to improve the quality of application-oriented undergraduates,and train specialized talents with innovative spirits and practical abilities.This paper summarized effects of the construction of modern analysis and detection techniques training system in West Anhui University,including the formation of training patterns,the process of its implementation and its effect,especially the undergraduates’ participation in research-based study in recent years,which had demonstrated that it was a good reference for the construction of application-oriented colleges and the cultivating of "zero distance"applied talents for society.
