罪犯生活成长史对社会管理创新的启示

通过随机抽样对63名罪犯的生活成长史进行访谈研究,探索个体成长、家庭环境以及生存环境对个体犯罪行为的影响,研究发现:1、个体走上犯罪道路是在家庭环境、社会环境与个体自身不断交互的过程中逐渐发生的,是一个渐变的隐晦的过程;2、贫穷是个体产生犯罪的显性原因,其背后的深层原因主要包括:社会保障制度的不健全、社会财富分配制度的缺陷以及个体受教育程度低;3、保障未成年的基本物质生活需求、提升青少年受教育水平、加强和谐家庭建设以及净化社会环境是抵抗犯罪的有效手段。

The Enlightenment of Criminal＇s Life History on the Innovation of Social Management

Studying 63 criminals’ life histories by random sampling,this article tries to find out the affect of individual growth,family environment and living environment on individual’s criminal behavior.The research shows that： 1、The family environment,social environment and the individual all have the affect on the criminal action.2、 Poverty is the apparent reason of crime,the essential reasons include： lack of social security,uneven distribution of social wealth and lack of education.3、 The ways of lowering the crime rate include： meet individual’s basic life needs,improve the level of education,construct a harmonious family and purify the social environment.
