| 摘 要： | 用PEST分析法对电信运营企业与外部环境进行分析.分析了行业竞争环境,指出当前我国的电信市场是一个参与者众多,但各方势力不均的博弈市场,目前已经形成了多种业务分层竞争而又相互影响的复杂市场格局.对电信监管的发展进行了简单阐述,最后剖析了新兴电信运营企业的发展与电信监管的关系.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the outside environment of the company by PEST model, indicates the influence of the politics, economy, society and technology on the development of the industry. New Telecommunication Enterprise should take the opportunity of the telecom reform to overcome the problems and survive in the changing environment. Then, the author analyzes the market competition and development of telecommunication intendance. Finally the relationship between carriers' development and telecommunication intendance has been discussed. |
