摘    要:应用高效液相色谱/电喷雾串联质谱联用技术(HPLC/ESI-MSn)对药用植物喜树叶提取物中的微量活性成分进行分析研究,探讨了喜树叶中喜树碱类及鞣花酸类化合物的质谱裂解规律,建立了1种快速识别喜树中喜树碱类生物碱和鞣花酸类成分的液质联用方法;运用这一方法在线识别了5个喜树碱类生物碱和5个鞣花酸类成分,其中3个推测为新化合物.

Abstract:The minor active constituents of alkaloids and ellagic acids in leave extracts of Camptotheca were investigated by HPLC/ESI-MSn.In this study,the characteristic fragmentation patterns of camptothecin and ellagic acid were discussed,and a rapid and sensitive method was developed for the characterization and identification of alkaloids and ellagic acids in Camptotheca.With this method,5 alkaloids and 5 ellagic acids were rapidly identified,among which 3 are new compounds.
