摘    要:应用共有峰率和变异率双指标序列结合紫外指纹图谱分析云南产玛咖样品.结果表明,玛咖在使用氯仿作为提取溶剂,料液比0.075 g/mL,超声时间40 min可达到最大提取率,且稳定性在8h内变异系数RSD%在0.06~2.33之间;5次重复重现性变异系数RSD%在0.09~1.81之间.紫外指纹图谱显示,云南不同产区玛咖样品间最大共有峰率达75%,最小共有峰率为0%,变异峰率最大为∞,最小为0%.共有峰率和变异率双指标序列分析法可区分云南地区不同产区的玛咖样品,同时可确认云南不同产区玛咖与秘鲁产玛咖的相似性和差异性,可对产于云南不同玛咖产区的两个或多个玛咖样品进行可靠的鉴别,并能对玛咖种源筛选和种植区域选择提供一定的理论依据.

Dual index sequence analysis of the common and variation peak ratios on UV fingerprint spectra of lepidium meyenii(Maca) cultivated in Yunnan

Abstract:This research analyzed the UV fingerprint spectra of Lepidium meyenii(Maca) cultivated in Yunnan by dual index sequence analysis of common and variation peak ratios. The results showed that when chloroform with a solid-liquid ratio of 0.075 g/mL was used as the extraction solvent, the maximum extraction rate of Maca could be obtained after 40 minutes of ultrasound. The stability RSD% of the extract was in the range of 0.06%—2.33% within 8 hours, and the variation coefficient RSD% of five repetitions of the extract was in the range of 0.09—1.81. Ultraviolet fingerprints showed that the maximum common peak rate was 75%, the minimum common peak rate was ∞, and the maximum variation peak rate was 0%, and the minimum was 0%. The experimental results indicated that the common and variation peak ratios from the dual index sequence analysis could distinguish between the Maca samples which could be harvested from the different areas in Yunnan. The analysis confirmed the similarities and differences between the Yunnan Maca samples and the Peruvian Maca samples. It could reliably identify the origins of two or more Maca samples, and provide some theoretical basis for provenance screening and selection of the planting area.
