摘    要:针对配电网无功优化时多种分布式电源出力以及负荷的随机性,建立了考虑多重不确定因素的概率无功优化模型.通过三点估计法将概率潮流计算转化为采样点处的确定潮流计算,以处理所建模型中的不确定因素对无功优化结果的影响.为克服粒子群算法易陷入局部最优的缺陷,将自适应控制策略应用于粒子群算法,采用一种改进粒子群算法(IPSO)用于模型的求解.在改进的IEEE33节点系统上进行仿真测试,其结果验证了所提概率无功优化模型和求解方法的可行性及有效性.

Probabilistic reactive power optimization of distribution network with multi-distributed generation types

Abstract:In allusion to the randomness of various kinds of distributed generator output and load during the reactive power optimization of distribution network, a probability reactive power optimization model with a consideration of multiple uncertain factors is established. The three-point estimation method is used to convert the probabilistic power flow calculation into the determined power flow calculation at the sampling point to deal with the influence of the uncertain factors in the built model on the reactive power optimization result. In order to overcome the local optimum shortcomings of the particle swarm optimization algorithm, the adaptive control strategy is applied to the particle swarm optimization algorithm, and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm(IPSO) is used to solve the model. The simulation test is carried out on the improved IEEE33 bus system, and the results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed reactive power optimization model and solution method.
