摘    要:对产于广西靖西的三叶鬼针草全草的化学成分进行研究,采用硅胶柱层析、重结晶等分离手段从中分离纯化得到12个化合物,通过现代波谱技术和理化常数测定鉴定了它们的结构,分别为:金丝桃苷(hyperin 1),香豆素(coumarin 2),水扬酸(salicylic acid 3),5,7-二羟基色原酮(5,7-dihydroxychromone 4),1-苯基-1,3,5-三庚炔(1-phenylhepta-1,3,5-triyne 5),苯甲酸(benzoic acid 6),豆甾醇(stigmastero 7),十六烷酸(palnitic acid 8),十四烷酸(octacosane 9),二十八烷烃(octacosane 10),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol 11),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol 12),其中化合物4 ~10为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Abstract:The chemical constituents of Bidens pilosa were studied and twelve compounds were isolated by silica column chromatography and recrystallization.The structures of the compounds were elucidated as hyperin(1),coumarin(2),salicylic acid(3),5,7-dihydroxychromone(4),1-phenylhepta-1,3,5-triyne(5),benzoic acid(6),stigmasterol(7),palnitic acid(8),octacosane(9),octacosane(10),β-sitosterol(11) and daucosterol(12) by spectral analysis.Compounds 4—10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
