摘    要:根据McCahe-Thiele图解法原理,利用功能强大的Excel电子表格,设计了一个用于求解化工理论级数的可视化方法。利用Excel图表及自动填充功能实现了计算数据可视化,求解方法简单易用,避免了手工绘图计算和编程的麻烦。该方法适用于精馏、吸收、萃取、离子交换、吸附等分离过程理论级数可视化计算,也适用于多釜串联反应器级数可视化计算,可用于教学和工程计算。

Abstract:A visualization method of solving the theoretical stage number was a dvanced based on McCabe-Thiele graphical principle and using Excel. The calcula t ed data were visualized with Excel graph and auto-filling function. It is an ea s y-to-use method without graphing in manual and programming. This method is sui ta ble to the visual solution of the theoretical stage number of the separation as distillation, absorption, solvent extraction, ion exchange, adsorption, etc. and the tanks-in-series reactor. It can be applied in education and engineering.
