城镇居民的住房消费和阶层认同——基于CGSS2013数据的实证分析

摘    要:以住房消费为基本视角,通过对2013年度中国综合社会调查的资料(CGSS 2013)的数据分析,描述和分析城市居民的住房消费现状,探讨住房消费这一变量纳入阶层身份认同的可能性,在此基础上,阐述不同工作性质单位群体城镇居民群体的阶层地位与住房消费之间的相关性.住房消费与阶层认同之间存在一定程度的统计相关性,即住房产权归属越明确、人均居住面积越大,受访者中高层阶层地位的认同越高;另外,受访者的受教育程度的差异对阶层主观自我认同之间的差异有着一定程度的影响;受访者人均年收入的差异对受访者的阶层主观自我认同的差异有着较为显著的影响.

Housing consumption and stratum-based identity of urban residents in China in the perspective of CGSS 2013

Abstract:This paper uses the data in the Chinese General Social Survey 2013( CGSS) to analyze the existing housing consumption in urban China and explore the possibility of studying the urban residents' consciousness of identity-related social stratification by using the variable of housing consumption. It studies the correlation between the social strata of different urban groups and their housing consumption. It concludes that this correlation does exist in the following aspects: the more clear the housing ownership is and the more area per person,the stronger consciousness of their identity with their higher social strata the interviewees will have. Besides,their education levels are somewhat related to their identity-related social stratification. Their annual income also has a conspicuous impact on their consciousness of identity-related social stratification.
