长春胺/β-环糊精衍生物包合物的制备及水溶性研究

摘    要:采用紫外-可见光谱滴定法,分别测定了主体分子β-环糊精及其衍生物(DMβCD和TMβCD)与客体分子长春胺药物在pH 3.0和pH 10.5的缓冲溶液中形成配位包合物时的稳定常数(Ks),通过X线粉末衍射和差热分析对其包合物进行表征.结果表明:长春胺与环糊精(β-CD,DMβCD和TMβCD)形成包合时,β-CD的稳定常数(Ks)相对较高.主客体形成包合物能显著地提高长春胺的水溶性.

A study of the preparation and water solubility of the inclusion compounds of Vincamine with β-cyclodextrin derivatives

Abstract:Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopic titrations were performed in the aqueous buffer solution( pH = 3. 0,pH = 10. 5) at 25 ℃ to determine the binding constants of β-CD and its derivatives( DMβCD and TMβCD) with Vincamine guest molecules. Then inclusion complexes of Vincamine with β-cyclodextrin derivatives have been studied by using FT-IR analysis,X-ray power diffraction and thermal gravimetric analysis. The results indicate that the stability constant of β-CD is relatively high in the inclusion complex of Vincamine with β-cyclodextrin derivatives. After the formation of host-guest inclusion complex structure can significantly improve the water solubility of vincamine.
