橄榄苦苷的热转化产物研究

摘    要:通过把橄榄苦苷在水中煎煮,得转化产物,采用多种柱色谱技术对转化产物进行分离纯化,研究橄榄苦苷热转化产物的化学成分.根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构.分离鉴定了7个已知化合物,分别是oleuroside(1)、hydroxytyrosyl methylether(2)、methylelenolate(3),hydroxytyrosyl methylether(4)、erythocentaurin(5)、gentiogenal(6)和angeline(7).所有化合物均为首次从橄榄苦苷的热转化产物中分离得到.

Study on the heat-treatment transformation products of oleuropein

Abstract:Oleuropein is widely present in Oleaceae plants,with anti-virus,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,antibacterial,hypoglycemic and other physiological activities,widely used in pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.Oleuropein was transformed in hot water,conversion products were separated by the silica gel,sephadex LH-20,eighteen alkyl bonded silica gel,MCI-gel column chromatography,and seven compounds were identified as oleuroside(1),hydroxytyrosyl methylether(2),methylelenolate(3),hydroxytyrosyl methylether(4),erythocentaurin(5),gentiogenal(6),and angeline(7).All of them were isolated from the heat-treatment transformation products of oleuropein for the first time.
