3种方法提取花锚不同部位的挥发性成分分析

摘    要:采用索氏提取法(SE),同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)和顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)提取花锚不同部位(根、茎、叶、花)的挥发性成分,并运用GC-MS技术对所提取到的挥发性成分进行分析,同时结合NIST2012谱图库检索出其主要化学成分.分析结果表明,采用3种不同提取方法从花锚的根、茎、叶、花4个不同部位共分离得到69个挥发性成分.采用同一方法提取不同部位得到的主要挥发性成分大致相似,主要差异表现在含量上.不同方法提取的主要挥发性成分略有差异,SE法和SDE法提取的花锚不同部位的主要挥发性成分大致相同,主要是苯类、芥酸酰胺、酯类、酮类等,但其含量相差较大,而HS-SPME法提取的花锚不同部位的主要挥发性成分与SE、SDE法提取的挥发性成分存在明显差异,主要是醛类、酸类、酮类等.

Chemical constituents of the volatile oils extracted from different parts of Halenia corniculata with three different methods

Abstract:Using SE,SDE,HS- SPME extraction methods as well as GC- MS technique plus NIST2012 spectral library,the different chemical constituents of the volatile oils extracted from different parts( flowers,stems,leaves and roots) of Halenia corniculata were analyzed. Sixty-nine compounds were extracted from the flowers,stems,leaves and roots of Halenia corniculata. The major volatile components including benzene,erucic acid amide,ester,ketone,etc. were roughly the same by SE and SDE methods,however,the contents of these chemical compositions were different. Compared with the above methods,the main volatile components extracted by HS- SPME method were significantly different,which were aldehydes,acids,ketones and so on. The results showed that the main volatile components were similar extracted from the roots,stems,leaves and flowers by the same extraction method but there were still individual differences. For example,the volatile constituents extracted from the flowers,stems,leaves and roots of Halenia corniculata using HS- SPME method were similar and the major differences were the relative content.
