| 摘 要： | "风险投资是高新技术产业化的助推器和催化剂".对于这一规范经济学论断,笔者运用数理分析与计量经济学分析方法从实证的角度进行了验证.结果表明,风险投资与技术创新之间确实存在着长期稳定的相关关系,从而证实了风险投资促进技术创新的规范经济学解释.
