火龙果果皮产沼气发酵实验研究

摘    要:在30℃下,采用全混合批量发酵工艺、发酵料液总固体含量(TS)分别为5.93%和5.99%的条件下,对红心红皮和白心红皮2种火龙果果皮进行了29 d的厌氧发酵实验.结果表明,红心红皮火龙果果皮的TS、挥发性固体含量(VS)及原料产气率分别为490、576mL/g和77mL/g;白心红皮火龙果果皮的TS、VS及原料产气率分别为383、464 mL/g和73 mL/g.从能源转化率来看,红心红皮火龙果果皮的能源转化效率为70.38%,白心红皮火龙果果皮为69.80%.两者均可作为沼气发酵的原料.

Abstract:At 30℃,with full mixed batch fermentation,the fermentation liquid TS were 5. 93% and 5. 99% respectively,the red- heart and white- heart redskin Hylocereus undatus peels were analyzed with the anaerobic methane fermentation respectively to study their biogas potential. The results show that in the fermentation time of29 days,the biogas production potentials of TS,VS and raw material of the red- heart redskin Hylocereus undatus peels are 490,576 mL /g and 77 mL /g respectively,and the biogas production potentials of TS,VS and raw material of the white- heart redskin one are 383,464 mL /g and 73 mL /g. The energy transformation efficiency of the red- heart redskin Hylocereus undatus is 70. 38% and the white- heart redskin one is 69. 80%. This shows that the two kinds of Hylocereus undatus peels are good biogas fermentation raw materials.
