| 摘 要： | 改进了高收率、高选择性的手性叔丁基亚磺酰亚胺与2-吡啶基格氏试剂的不对称加成方法,合成了11个含吡啶基胺类手性配体,建立了手性叔丁基亚磺酰亚胺与2-吡啶基格氏试剂的不对称加成立体构型的预测模型.

| Abstract: | The addition of 2- pyridyl Grignard reagents to chiral tert- butyl sulfinimines was developed in high yields and excellent diastereoselectivities. Eleven chiral 2- pyridyl amines were synthesized via this addition. A model was established to predict the configuration of this addition. |
