| 摘 要： | 采用多种色谱分离方法,从头孢霉AL031真菌的固体发酵产物中分离得到5个化合物,经过理化常数及波谱数据的分析,鉴定为epicocconigrone A(1),epicoccolide B(2),mellein(3),5-hydroxymellein(4)和麦角甾醇(5).化合物1和2为首次从该种真菌固体发酵产物中分离得到的含多羟基化合物.

| Abstract: | Phytochemical investigation on secondary metabolites from fungus Cephalosporium sp. AL031 led to the isolation of five compounds using various chromatographies. Based on the detailed spectral analysis,they were characterized as epicocconigrone A( 1),epicoccolide B( 2),mellein( 3),5- hydroxymellein( 4),and ergosterol( 5),respectively. Compounds 1 and 2 were obtained from the culture medium of this fungus for the first time. |
