卷烟主流烟气中苯并[a]芘含量测定的自动化前处理及其方法优化

摘    要:采用全自动固相萃取柱技术净化卷烟主流烟气萃取液并浓缩定容,提高卷烟主流烟气中苯并a]芘含量测定的样品前处理过程的自动化程度,并优化了相关的固相萃取和定量浓缩过程,提高了检测效率,使得检测时间由传统所需的130 min大幅缩短至60 min.经严格对比,分别利用该方法与现行的国标方法所取得检测结果具有良好的一致性,该方法同时还具有自动化程度高、操作简便、重复性好、分析通量大、受环境和人为因素干扰较小等优点,可以作为一种准确、快速测定卷烟主流烟气中苯并a]芘含量的改进方法加以推广.

Determination of benzo[a]pyrene in the mainstream cigarette smoke by an automated pre-treatment system and its methodological optimization

Abstract:A simple pre-treatment method for the analysis of benzoa]pyrene in the mainstream cigarette smoke by1 using the automated solid phase extraction – concentration( SPE- EVA) system for gas chromatography-mass spectrometer( GC- MS) has been developed. Furthermore,several related processes for SPE and EVA have been optimized and the testing time was shorten from 130 min to 60 min. This optimized method has proved to be effective through sufficient comparison tests,and it is simple,sensitive,and suitable for the determination of benzoa]pyrene in the mainstream cigarette smoke.
