| 摘 要： | 分析了转型背景下中西部城镇居民住房类型分化及其影响因素,研究发现:家庭生命周期、户籍、单位性质等变量显著影响住房选择.体现市场与制度(灰箱)因素对住房资源分配的双重影响.并基于上述实证研究的结论提出相应的政策建议.

| Abstract: | Using China's General Social Survey(CGSS 2008)(urban part),this paper analyzes the housing-type variation and its influencing factors in mid-western urban China.The findings demonstrate that the household life-cycle,household registration and types of occupation have significant impacts on their horsing choice,which manifests the dual significant effects on housing distribution system from institutional and market forces.Based on the above empirical study,the paper brings up some corresponding policies. |
