| 摘 要： | 采用考马斯亮蓝G-250染色法对草乌药材中可溶性蛋白质含量进行了测定,建立了快速、灵敏的测定蛋白质的方法.结果表明,考马斯亮蓝G-250染色法简单、迅速,且相对较为准确,是测定低浓度蛋白质含量的有效方法.

| Abstract: | The determination method of protein content in Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii by using the dying method with Coomassie brillant blue G-250 has been developed.It is showed that the method is simplicity,rapidity and sensitivity for protein quantification assay,especially suitable for the determination of low content samples. |
